Roller Gates

Pneumatic Actuated Roller Gate for gravity flow or low pressure applications.  Gates are aluminum construction standard and available in sizes from 6” up to 30”.

• Positive blade lock (PBL) between blade & cylinder rod
• Internal magnetic piston, cushioned air cylinder
• Polished stainless steel blade
• Narrow profile, lightweight aluminum frame
• Adjustable nylon cam rollers for dust tight seal on blade
• Constant pressure nylon seals on blade
• Fully lined polymer interior
• Regular flange patterns or CEMA flanges to match screw conveyors
• Standard gate rated for 82o C (180o F)
• Fully tested prior to shipping
